If you're running a ticketed event and would like supporters to designate their tickets on behalf of a person or team, you can edit the settings to display the ticket order information on the personal and team pages.

Track ticketing progress in:

  • Peer-to-peer page progress bars

  • Hero metrics, such as Number of Tickets Sold

  • Donor listing

To allow supporters to assign their ticket orders to p2p pages, follow the steps below:

Step 1: In the Ticketing Form settings, select Linked Site from the left navigation and Enable the Require Peer-to-Peer Assignment, as well as the types of pages you'd like the orders assigned to and Save.

Step 2: Navigate to the Settings (Next to Reports Tab), then, under Sites and Forms, Select the Site Settings (click anywhere outside the hyperlinked URL).

Step 3: Select the Design Tab at the top, then select the p2p page that needs ticketing assignment including Personal, Team or Organizational Page, and select the Hero module.

If you do not have a Hero module added to the Peer-to-Peer Page templates, you can Browse Modules to add a Hero to each page template. Learn more about adding modules to the p2p pages.

Step 4: In the Hero module, under Buttons, scroll down and enable Show the ticketing button, and Save.

Step 5: Scroll a little further and under Metrics, enable any metrics you'd like shown on the p2p page, including the Funding Progress Bar and Number of Tickets Sold, and Save.
