How To Set Up Fund Pages

Setting up fund pages is a simple yet powerful way to showcase the unique programs, projects, and initiatives your organization offers. These customizable pages allow you to highlight each fund's purpose, impact, and goals while giving donors a seamless way to align their gifts with causes they care about.

By combining storytelling with dynamic features like real-time progress bars, donor lists, and personalized donation forms, fund pages create a transparent and engaging giving experience.

To set up fund pages for any campaign, follow the steps below:

Step 1: In your CauseVox account settings, add any number of funds to your CauseVox account with a description and custom balance.

Step 2: Under Campaigns, create a new campaign, or select the settings of the campaign you wish to edit.

Step 3: Select the Site Settings.

Clicking on the hyperlinked URL will direct you to the live site.

Step 4: Under Design, create the fund page template that will be applied to all of the fund pages you create.

Step 5: Select Add Module to add any number of modules to the fund page template.

Choose from a variety of engaging modules, including:

  • Hero Module: Showcase the dynamic progress bar with real-time updates toward your funding goal, as well as a compelling image to drive engagement.

  • About Module: Share the fund’s mission and donor impact.

  • Quote Module: Add a compelling quote to inspire donor participation.

  • Donations Module: Share a list of recent donors which updates in real time.

Step 6: After you select the modules and add them to the fund page, you can select the Edit option to customize each module's settings.

Step 7: Add the Funds module to the Home Page to provide supporters with a graphic list of available funds.

Step 8: Navigate back to your Donation Form settings to add the ability to designate fund pages on the donation form.

Select Form Fields, and scroll down to the Organization Funds options:

  • Show or hide the section from the donation form.

  • Make the fund selection required.

Step 9: In the Manage tab, create the fund pages that represent your organization funds. Under Pages, select Fund Pages >> Add Page.

Step 10: Customize each fund page to represent each unique fund.

  • Hero Section: Edit the title, subtitle and hero image, and turn on or hide the progress bar towards your fund's funding goal.

  • Description: Add a short description that will show on the home page fund listing.

  • About: Write the fund page appeal showcasing details about the fund and its impact.

  • Quote Area: Add a compelling quote.

  • Organization Fund: Link the fund page with the appropriate organization fund and select the currency.

  • Fund Goal & Progress: Add a fund goal and a start and end date if you want to specify the dates that progress will be calculated.

  • Sharing: Edit the share image, title and description.

Preview the site and pages any time through the Site settings >> Preview, or enable the campaign to view the pages and forms on the live site.
