Ticketing tiers provide a flexible and organized way to manage ticket sales and registration for any event. Whether you’re hosting a gala, concert, conference, or fundraiser, these tools help streamline the purchasing process while ensuring efficient inventory control.

Edit tiers for any event use case:

  • Seated Events: Limit VIP and general admission seats to match venue capacity.

  • Merchandise Sales: Sell exclusive event merchandise with controlled stock levels.

  • Early Bird Pricing: Set limits for discounted tiers before prices increase.

  • Workshops & Breakout Sessions: Manage session capacities within a larger event.

  • + more!

Here's a few ways to edit your tiers to reduce admin work and enhance user experience for events and registration:

  • Search Bar: Easily find available ticket tiers with a built-in search function.

  • Tier Grouping: Categorize tickets for a structured and intuitive ticketing form.

  • Alphabetized Tiers: Automatically sort tiers for quick navigation.

  • Set Max Tier Limits: Set quantity caps to control availability (great for seated events or merchandise sales).

  • Live Inventory Updates: Tiers show the number of tickets remaining in real time. When a ticket tier reaches its limit, it displays as sold out. If a ticket is selected but not purchased within the time limit, it becomes available again automatically.

Here's what the participant sees when tiers are edited with tier limits:

To edit ticketing tiers, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Under Sites & Forms list, select the Ticketing Form.

Step 2: Select Ticketing Tiers from the left navigation. Turn on the Search to show a search bar if desired, and set an Order Ticket Limit to restrict the number of tickets that can be purchased per order, if required.

Step 3: Scroll down to edit your ticketing tiers.

  • Sort Tiers: Alphabetizes the tiers, and they can be sorted within tier groups.

  • Add Group: Create groups of tiers on the ticketing form.

Step 4: Use the pencil icon to set limits per tier.

  • Per Order Limit: Set a maximum amount of tickets that can be purchased per order for this tier. Leave at zero to have not limit.

  • Total Limit: Set a maximum amount of tickets that can be purchased in total. When this limit is reached the tier will be unavailable for purchase. Leave at zero to have not limit.
