If you're running an in-person auction but your guests did not pre-register to create their bidder account, you can help by creating their account for them at check-in.
To manually create bidder accounts for any auction, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Select the Manage tab >> Auctions >> Bidders >> Create.
Step 2: Select the campaign and site, then link the bidder to an existing contact.
A new contact will be created based on the bidder information provided if not linked.
A bid/paddle number will be automatically generated.
Step 3: To create a new contact, enter the bidder First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone and Save.
