If you want to change the email, password, or organization information, you can easily change it in your account!
Update Your Account Email Or Password
Step 1: Under your profile icon, select Edit Profile.
Step 2: Scroll down to the section labelled Change Email and Change Password, respectively and input your desired email or password and Save Changes.
If the email you'd like to transfer ownership to is already in use as an admin on your account, email us at [email protected] and we'd be happy to take care of transferring ownership for you.
Update Your Organization Info
Step 1: Under Account Settings (gear icon), General.
Step 2: Input the update organization information and Save Changes.
You can update the following information:
Organization name
Invoice email (this is the email address that will receive billing receipts.)
Organization website
Phone number
Postal address
