Exporting event ticketing data is available on the Standard plan and above.
To export the ticketing data from CauseVox, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Under Manage, select the campaign using the dropdown at the top. You can export ticket data across All Campaigns or an individual campaign.
Step 2: Select Ticket Orders or Tickets from the left navigation and Export on the right.
Note:
Ticket Order provides an export of each complete order including amount charged and any custom ticket order fields.
Tickets export provides a list of each individual ticket with ticket holder name, email and custom ticket fields. See below for export data fields.
Step 3: Select All Dates, or a date range in UTC time.
Step 4: Select the file format and download the data as a CSV or Excel file and then select Download.

Amount Charged
# Of Tickets
First Name
Last Name
Email
Transaction ID
Currency
Credit Card Fee
CauseVox Fee
Status (Paid/Refunded)
Campaign

The Tickets export includes the following fields:
Ticket ID
Description (Tiers)
Serial #
First Name
Last Name

Status (Redeemed/Unredeemed/Voided)

Created (Date/Time)

To view your ticket orders and tickets data with filters, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Select Filter at the top.
Step 2: Apply any of the following filters:
For Ticket Orders:
Payment Status - paid and/or refunded
Date Range - in UTC
For Tickets:
Status - redeemed, unredeemed and/or voided
Date Range - in UTC
