You can easily refund automated installment payments in CauseVox if you're using Stripe as a payment processor.

Step 1: Under Manage, select Installment Payments from the left navigation, and select the desired installment payment. You can search by donor name or email if needed.

Step 2: Select Actions >> Refund Payment and Confirm.
