How To Export Installment Payments Data (Legacy)

Exporting installment payments data is available on the Lite plan and above.


To export the installment payments data from CauseVox, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Under Manage, select Installment Payments from the left navigation and use the top dropdown to select a specific campaign.

Note: You can export across all campaigns on the Plus plan and above.

Step 2: Select Export in the upper right.

Step 3: Select All dates, or a Custom date range, as well as the preferred file type: CSV or Excel, and select Download.

Installment Payments Data

The installment payments export includes the following fields:

  • Installment ID

  • Team ID

  • Team Stub

  • Team Name

  • Personal Page ID

  • Personal Page Stub

  • Personal Page Display Name

  • Personal Page First Name

  • Personal Page Last Name

  • Personal Page E-mail

  • Pledge ID

  • Donor Display Name

  • Donor First Name

  • Donor Last Name

  • Donor E-mail

  • Donor Comment

  • Anonymous (Marked name as anonymous from public view)

  • Address Line 1

  • Address Line 2

  • City

  • State

  • Zip Code (Postal code)

  • Country

  • Installment Amount (Gross)

  • Stripe/PayPal Fee (estimated)

  • CauseVox Transaction Fee

  • Tip (Cover transaction fees)

  • Status (Paid or Refunded)

  • Currency Code

  • Transaction ID

  • Campaign Title

  • Created At (Date/Time)

  • Custom Fields (if added to the donation page)

To view your installment payments data with filters, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select Filter at the top.

Step 2: Apply any of the following filters and select Apply Filter:

  • Amount: Is equal to, Is greater than, Is less than, Is between

  • Payment Status: Paid, Refunded or Failed

  • Payment Type: Online, Offline

  • Date (in UTC): All Dates, Date Before, Date After or Custom Date Range
