Your fundraising campaign on CauseVox contains several components, which can be enabled or disabled at anytime. This includes:

  • Fundraising website

  • Donation form

  • Ticketing form

  • Registration form

These serve as the building blocks of your fundraising, which gives your campaign flexibility to match your fundraising needs. Each component and can enabled or disabled independently.

To Enable/Disable your fundraising components, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select the Campaign settings.

Step 2: Your campaign Sites & Forms are divided by Sites, Donation Forms, Ticketing Forms and Registration Forms.

Use the quick actions to Enable/Disable via the Sites & Forms list, or select the box of the site or form you wish to Enable/Disable.

Step 3: In the settings you can Enable/Disable the site or form in the upper right.

If you're using a form integrated in your CauseVox fundraising site and you Enable/Disable the form through its form settings, you must also Enable/Disable the form(s) through the global site settings.

Disabling your campaign's fundraising website, donation form, ticketing form or registration form will not end your monthly billing, if applicable. To end your billing on a paid plan, please email [email protected] to suspend your account.
