How To Enable/Disable Postal Information On The Donation Form

You can choose whether you want to collect your donor's postal information (physical addresses).

To streamline the donation process and convert more donors, we recommend disabling the postal code unless otherwise required by your organization.

To enable/disable the postal address, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Login to your CauseVox Admin account and navigate to Campaign Settings. Select the Campaign you want to modify.

Step 2: Under Sites & Forms select the donation form.

Step 3: Select Custom Fields from the left navigation and toggle the Postal Address option to show or hide postal address on the form and Save in the lower right.

If you do collect the postal address, you can access this information in your donation data download.
