If you're looking to turn on or off the peer-to-peer fundraising, you can easily enable or disable the feature in your campaign settings.

To enable/disable the peer-to-peer fundraising, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Under Campaigns, select the Settings of the campaign you wish to edit.

Step 2: Under Sites & Forms, select your site.

Step 3: From the left navigation under Personal Pages, select General.

  • Turn on/off Show Personal Pages in order to show or hide peer-to-peer pages.

  • Turn on/off Create Personal Pages to enable/disable new signups.

  • Showing or hiding the Sign Up button on the site is controlled in the Design section.

  • To prevent new fundraisers from signing up, turn on Show Personal Pages, and turn off Create Personal Pages.

Step 4: Under Portal, select General and scroll down to Signup Flow. Choose how your fundraisers will create their pages upon Sign up:

  • Standard Signup (No Action): When a new user sign ups they are redirected to the site portal home screen. They then need to select Fundraisers and then select the +Create button to create their page.

  • Create a Personal Page: When a new user signs up a personal page is automatically created for them. They are redirected to the dashboard to select the page, edit and save tot enable the page.

Created pages are in Setup Mode until the fundraiser or team admin Save the page to enable it.

If you prefer all pages automatically become enabled upon creation, you can update the page settings to Public through the Campaign settings >> Personal/Team Pages >> General >> Project Initial Status:

Step 5: To add/remove the button from the site, select the Design tab at the top, then select the Hero module on each page you are using.

Scroll down to the Buttons section and turn on/off Show the sign up (peer-to-peer) button, and edit the button text and color. Save all changes.

Step 6: To add/remove the leaderboard from the Home Page, select the Peer-to-peer Pages module and disable it.
