If your recurring and pledge donors need access to update their donation payment information, you can easily resend the secure portal link through your CauseVox Admin interface.

To resend the portal link to donors, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select the Manage tab, and either the Recurring Profiles or Pledge links on the left navigation.

Step 2: Search and select the donor profile by a keyword search.

Step 3: Select Actions >> Send Portal Link and Confirm.
