To create a Personal Fundraising Page, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to your CauseVox fundraising site and select the Sign Up button or the Sign Up link in the top navigation.

Step 2: Sign up for a Personal Fundraising Page account with your email and set a password.

If you've already signed up for an account on a previous campaign, you can login with the same email and password.

Step 3: In your fundraiser dashboard you can select + Create at the top to create a New Personal Page.

  • Once signed in, you will be directed to verify your email. While you can still manage your fundraising pages, access to your donor history will be restricted until your email is verified.

  • If you can't locate the verification email, select Resend Activation at the top of your dashboard.

Step 4: Complete your profile by uploading a picture and filling in your name.

  • Profile Image: Upload your own photo. Square images work the best 400px x 400px. Updating this photo will replace your account profile photo.

  • Display Name: The displayed name on your page, which can be different from your account name.

Step 5: Update your page information and personal appeal.

  • Title: Create a memorable title for your fundraiser.

  • URL Stub: Create a unique url stub link that supporters will visit.

  • Fundraising Goal: Your Fundraising Goal is amount of money you intend to raise for your campaign.

  • Personal Appeal: Write an appeal to let your supporters know why you are fundraising for this cause. This may come autofilled with the Fundraising Appeal set by the CauseVox Admin. Feel free to edit this section and compose your own personalized appeal. This section should give your supporters a concise and clear idea on why you feel for this campaign, the goal of this campaign, and how it intends to fulfill its goals through these fundraising efforts. Don’t forget to conclude your appeal with a call to action to donate.

Step 6: Add media and join a team and select Create.

  • Media Gallery: Add images and link to videos hosted on Youtube or Vimeo to make your page more personal. Drag and drop to re-arrange the order.

  • Join a Team and/or Organization: Add your page to a team and/or organization page and fundraise with others.

After you create the page, scroll up to the top for the link to your live page. You can edit page details at any time.

Step 7: Scroll down to edit your share details. You can leave the auto-generated content or customize how your page looks when shared to social media platforms by uploading a different image and description.
