You can easily refund automated installment payments in CauseVox.

To refund installment payments, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Under Manage, select Installment Payments from the left navigation. Then select the installment payment you'd like to refund.

Step 2: Select Actions in the upper right corner >> Refund Payment, then Confirm.
