To move a donation to a different campaign or assign to a personal, team or organization page, follow the steps below.
Moving and assigning records across campaigns is available on our Standard plan and above.
Step 1: Under Manage, select Donations from the left navigation. Using the donor name or email address, find the donation, then use the three dots on the side and select Assign/Move Donation.
Step 2: Select the dropdown or use the search option to type the campaign, and/or a personal, team or organization page to assign it and Save.
Donations can only be assigned to one peer-to-peer page (personal, team or organization page) at one time.
You can also select the profile, then under Actions, select Assign/Move Donation.
