You can easily refund donations in CauseVox if you're using Stripe as a donation processor.
Step 1: Under Manage, select Donations from the left navigation. Search for the donation by the donor's name or email then use the three dots on the right to quickly refund the donation.
You can also select the profile, then select Actions >> Refund Donation.
You will see that the payment status has been Refunded.
Refunding Donations Through PayPal
Online donations through PayPal can only be refunded by you through your PayPal account.
If you are the admin to your CauseVox fundraising site, please contact us ([email protected]) with the following information in order to mark a PayPal donation as refunded in the backend.
Donor name
Donor email address
Donation amount
Donation date
PayPal transaction ID
CauseVox site URL related to the donation
