When you're managing your event, you want to keep track of who attended, or "redeemed" their ticket. Using CauseVox you're able to easily mark tickets as redeemed.
To redeem tickets, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Under Manage, select the campaign using the dropdown at the top. Select Tickets from the left navigation and use the three dot on the left for Quick Action to Set to Redeem.
You can also select the profile, then scroll down to Ticket status and select Redeemed from the dropdown and Save.
Step 5: The ticket will be listed under the Redeemed tab of your tickets listing.
This will help you track those who have attended your event and/or received the benefits of their purchase. You can export this list for your record-keeping.
