If you have trouble displaying your share image, title and description, or encounter an error when trying to share your fundraising site to Facebook, you can use the debugger tool.

Use the quick links below to jump to the right section:

The Share Image Doesn't Display

If your share details do not show up, follow the steps below:

Step 2: If it is the first time sharing the campaign to Facebook, enter the campaign URL then select Fetch Information, otherwise, select Debug.

Step 3: If there is a Warnings That Should Be Fixed tab after debugging, select Scrape Again.

Once the scrape is complete you should be able to share your page to Facebook.

The Page Is Blocked Or Removed From Facebook

If your page gets blocked or removed from Facebook indicating the following error: "Your content goes against our Community Standards on cybersecurity," it may be due to a Facebook moderation issue.

To re-share your page to Facebook, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Ensure the site doesn't violate any community standards, or remove inappropriate content.

Step2: Go to https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ and enter the campaign URL, select Debug, then select let us know to request a review. Explain why the block was in error and should be reversed, then Send.

Within a few days, you will receive a notification upon review regarding the results, and whether or not the content will be restored.
