In order to successfully transfer funds from CauseVox into your bank account, you’ll need to set up your Stripe payment processor. If you are creating a Stripe account for the first time, it's helpful to know the required information before you get started.
To create a Stripe account, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Register a Stripe account at https://dashboard.stripe.com/register, or through your CauseVox campaign’s payment processing settings.
Step 2: Complete the following Business information:
Know Your Customer (KYC) requires Stripe to collect the following information to know all customer information and prevent abuse of the financial system.
Country
Business type (nonprofit, or corporation)
Business legal name
Business address
Business phone number
Employer ID number (EIN)
Business website or social media profile link

Step 3: Complete the following Business Representative information:
Business Representative information is only used for verification purposes to prevent fraud and is not used for credit checks or any fiscal responsibility.

Email address
Job title
Date of birth
Home address
Phone number
SSN last 4
Step 4: Complete the final steps to verify the account:
Enter bank routing and account number
Set up 2-factor authentication
Account email and password
