To add a donation option to the ticketing form, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to the Campaigns in your left navigation and select the gear icon of the campaign you wish to edit.
Step 2: Under Sites & Forms, select your ticketing form.
Step 3: Select Add a Donation on the left, then toggle on to enable and Save.
Reporting
In the Manage tab, the Ticket Order will show up under Ticket Orders and the order profile will have an association to the donation. The donation will show up under Donations and the donation profile will have an association to the ticket order on the right.
Transaction Information of resources (donations, ticket orders, etc) contains the gross charge (ticket amount + donation amount).
