While donors can't directly cancel or update the card for a recurring donation, they can request it be cancelled by following these steps:
1) Navigate to the campaign site you donated through.
2) Scroll down to the bottom of the site and find the email address listed under "About This Organization." This is the email for the campaign admin.
3) Email the admin requesting the recurring donation be updated or cancelled.
