In this guide, you’ll learn how to create a CauseVox Admin account and create your own customized donation page. This is a quick overview guide.

Donation pages are best used to take donations everyday by linking them to your website or directly into your email communications to donors.
You can more than double the donations you raise with a CauseVox Donation Page, compared to a generic PayPal button.
Donation pages are included free with any plan, and have a low 2% CauseVox transaction fee on any of our paid plans.
Donation Pages on the Free plan are subject to the 5% CauseVox transaction fee.

Here's how you can set up your donation page:
Step 1: Register for a CauseVox Admin account on http://admin.causevox.com, with your email and password.
Note: Your password must be 6 characters long.
Step 2: Activate and login to your account to complete your organization information.
Step 3: You will be taken to your Dashboard and Insights section. You'll want to select the Fundraising section (Rocket Ship Icon) on the left to access your campaign listing page. Click on the “Create New” button on the top right of the page.
Step 4: Select "Website Donations" as your Fundraiser Type, and fill in a title for your donation page.
Step 5: General Settings- Edit your donation page URL.
You'll also enter in your Time Zone and contact information here.
Anything you enter here can always be edited later.
Step 6: Donation Form- Connect your donation processor. You can connect your existing Stripe account, or set up a new Stripe account by selecting "Connect A New Stripe Account. Once connected, you can select your recurring donations options.
Alternatively, you can use PayPal to process donations, but we recommend Stripe as it offers a better donor experience. You can always come back to this later if you're not quite ready to complete this section.
Next, you'll be able to enter in your donation tiers. These are suggested levels of giving that will help donors decide what to give on the donation form. Donors are also able to add their own amount, if they wish.
Under your donation tiers, you'll find Donation Tipping and the Post Redirect URL.
Donation tipping allows doors to cover your transaction fees for you. We recommend putting about 5% in the donation tipping section.
The Post Redirect URL is where you'll enter the URL of the page you want your donors to be directed to after completing their donation. This is usually a Thank You landing page on your website, or just your website's homepage.
Under the Post Direct URL, you'll find your donation receipt, which you can customize to be up to tax-deductible standards, if applicable for your organization.
Once all set, you can save an continue.
Step 7: Design Site Editor- After you have completed customizing your settings, you're brought to the Design Editor. Here, you can upload a logo on the donation page and edit the header background color or upload a header image.
Once you're set, click on the Save and Button on the upper right menu bar.
Step 8: Embed your donation page on your website. While you can simply use the Donation Page link to drive donations, you're also able to easily embed the donation page to pop up right on your website. You can always come back to this later if you're not ready.
Step 9: Confirm your Donation Form Setup. Review your setup progress and make note of any steps you'd like to return to later.
Then, click Continue To Dashboard, where you can manage your Donation Page Settings and navigate to your Design Editor to make further edits.
In your General Settings, you're able to add a subtitle to your donation page.
Under your Donation Form Settings, you're also able to add text to the donation confirmation screen of your donation page, to personalize your thank you to donors.
Step 10: Once you are 100% completed with setup, navigate to your Design tab to click Publish, which will push your design to your donation page.
Then, you can go to your Page URL in the upper left corner to view your live Donation Page.
You’re done! Now you can share your donation page or link it to your website to start raising funds.
