With the Fundraising CRM, you’re able to easily access your contacts, including donors, recurring donors, and fundraisers to help you easily manage your community.
When you access a contact record, you can see data including:
- Contact name
- Contact address
- Contact group: Donor, Fundraiser, Recurring
- Total amount raised
- Total amount donated
- Number of fundraising page
- Number of teams joined
- Number of donations raised
- Number of donations made
- Number of updated
- Recurring donation amount
Here’s how you can view a contact’s profile:
Step 1: Login to your admin account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Community listing.
Step 3: Sort groups using the selections on the left menu, or simply search an individual contact. Once you’ve located a contact, you can select them to view their profile.
Step 4: View contact data. If you’d like to edit the contact data, you can select the Edit button in the upper right corner.
Step 5: Edit contact data, including first and last name, email address, and address, and save.
Note: Currently, you are not able to import your contacts into CauseVox (coming soon!). However, if you receive a donation and wish to add the contact, you can add an offline donation.
