You can choose whether you want to collect your donor's postal information (physical addresses).

To streamline the donation process and convert more donors, we recommend disabling the postal code unless otherwise required by your organization.

Here's a look at the difference on a live donation page:

By default, all new campaigns and donation pages have the postal code disabled.

Here's how you can make changes:

Step 1: Login to your CauseVox Admin account and navigate to Campaign Settings. Select the Campaign you want to modify.

Step 2: Then navigate to Donation Form >> General Settings.

Step 3: Here, you can toggle postal address collection off or on.

If you do collect the postal address, you can access this information in your donation data download.
