You can choose whether you want to collect your donor's postal information.

To streamline the donation process and convert more donors, we recommend disabling the postal code unless otherwise required by your organization.

Here's a look at the difference on a live donation page:

By default, all new campaigns and donation pages have the postal code disabled.

Here's how you can make changes:

Step 1: Login and navigate to your campaign or donation page. 

Step 2: In your Settings, select Donation Form and scroll down to the Postal Code section. 

Here, you can toggle it off or on.

If you do collect the postal address, you can access this information in your donation data download.
