Website builders tend to have different ways they want you to install embed codes.

Your customized Donation Page on CauseVox can easily be embedded right on your website, making giving through your donation page seamless.

There are 2 types of embed options:

  1. Donation Page Pop-up - When a donate button on your website is clicked, the donation form will be triggered to pop up on any page of your website.

  2. On-Page Donation Form Embed - You can embed the donation form on your website directly. This is usually done on a landing page.

Here's how the pop-up embeddable donation page pop up looks on a website:

Here's a look at the on-page embed:

Here's where you can take a look at and test both the popup and on-page embed options.

While Wix is best suited for the pop-up embed option, in this article we are specifically going through the On-Page Embed Options.

For GoDaddy Website Builder, due to their limited customization capabilities, only the on-page embed will work at this time.

On Page-Embeds for Wix and GoDaddy Website Builders:

With Wix and Godaddy, you can embed your donation page on your website using an iframe.

Step 1: Navigate to your donation landing page in the back end of your website builder.

Step 2: Add HTML. Here's the instructions for Wix and Godaddy.

Step 3: Under Campaigns select your donation form.

Step 4: You'll want to grab your campaign id from the URL at the top of the page.

Step 5: Copy this code, replacing [INSERT CAMPAIGN ID HERE] with your campaign id.

<iframe allowpaymentrequest="true" allow="payment" name="embed" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); border: 0px none transparent; overflow: hidden auto; visibility: visible; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; display: block; width: 100%; height: 850px; box-shadow:0 4px 20px rgba(50,50,93,.15); margin:5px; border-radius: 3px;" src="[INSERT CAMPAIGN ID HERE]&amp;preview=0" scrolling="no" frameborder="0"></iframe>

Step 6: Paste it in your HTML section on your donation landing page and save.

Your donation form should now be embedded!
