How Can I List My Matching Grant Funds On My Campaign Site?
If you have a matching grant, you can reflect those funds on your campaign site by doing the following:
Step 1: Inform your donors of your matching grant by writing about it in your about section and/or your sidebar-somewhere particularly visible. To edit the appeal or sidebar, go to your Design Site editor and update your respective sections, then publish.
If you need more detailed information about how to update your campaign site, refer to our article How To Design Or Edit The Look Of Your Campaign Site.
Step 2: You can make sure your donations from your matching partner are reflected in your fund counter and progress bar by listing the donations as offline donations, which are not subject to any fees.
Refer to our support article to learn more about How To Add An Offline Donation.
