How does it work?

When setting up your CauseVox campaign site, you select a vendor (PayPal or Stripe) to take donations. Donations go directly into the PayPal or Stripe account specified.

CauseVox transaction fees are automatically taken out of your donations by PayPal or Stripe.

How do I transfer funds into my bank account?

You can initiate or set up a bank transfer in your PayPal or Stripe account.

PayPal requires a manual transfer of funds from your PayPal account to your bank account. Stripe transfers funds into your bank account automatically on a rolling 2 day schedule.

Can I add check, cash, or other offline donations to CauseVox?

You can input offline donations manually into CauseVox so that they can be counted towards your fundraising goal and progress bar.

How do I avoid paying fees to use CauseVox?

One of the best ways to pay for your transaction fees is to get your donors to cover the costs through our Donation Tipping feature.

Donation Tipping allows you to do this by giving your donors an option to add a percentage to their donation to help cover the costs of the CauseVox and processor credit card transaction fees. Across CauseVox, 85% of donors will opt-in to covering your fees.
