You can easily choose a plan, update your payment methods and view and export recent invoices by navigating to your billing page.
CauseVox offers flexible monthly and yearly plans. You can pay for your CauseVox subscription with the following payment methods:
Credit Card / Debit Card
Apple Pay / Google Pay
ACH payments (can be accepted by contacting [email protected])
To access your billing page, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login to your admin account at admin.causevox.com/login
Step 2: Under Account Settings (gear icon), select Billing.
From here, you can view your plan or easily select a new plan. Under Choose a Plan, you can select Monthly or Yearly plans.
Step 3: Under the Payment Methods tab, enter your payment method.
Now you can enter your credit card information or select Apple/Google Pay to enter your saved payment details and Save.
When entering new credit cards, you can select Set as Default to update the default payment method. The defaulted card will be charged on the next billing cycle.
Use the trash can icon to delete old cards.
Step 4: Under the Invoices tab you can view invoices. Select View Invoice on the right to view and export the invoice.
