If you've tried to login to your CauseVox account but you receive the error message that your account is locked, fear not! Most likely your account is not locked.

Follow these simple steps to successfully reset your password and login to your account.

Step 1: Go to the CauseVox account login.

Step 2: Select the "Forgot your password?" option to reissue yourself a new password.

Step 3: Enter the email address used to create your CauseVox account (be sure to check you spam and trash folders!), and select Reset Password.

Step 4: Use the reset password link provided in the email and login to your account.

  • Identify browser - We recommend Google Chrome for the best user experience.

  • Reissue password - Click "Forgot your password?" to reissue a new password. Ensure that you are using the correct account email address. Check any spam and trash folders for the link and use the MOST RECENT reset link (identify by date of email).

  • No special characters - Create a password without special characters as special characters can trigger the error message.

  • Refresh the page - Refresh the web browser before re-entering the new password if needed.

  • Please be sure to eliminate any extra spaces when inputting the email or password.
