To resend an automated pledge receipts via email, or send offline pledge receipts, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to Manage, select Installment Payments on the left navigation, and select the desired automated or offline installment payment. (You can also access payments through the Pledges tab on the left)
Step 2: Under Actions, select Send Receipt.
Your donor's receipt will then be sent to their email address on file.
