Your fundraising campaign on CauseVox contains several components, which can be enabled or disabled at anytime. This includes:

These serve as the building blocks of your fundraising, which gives your campaign flexibility to match your fundraising needs. Each component and can enabled or disabled independently.

To enable or disable your fundraising components, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select the Campaign settings.

Step 2: Your campaign sites and forms are in three buckets: Sites, Donation Forms, Ticketing Forms. Under Sites & Forms, select your desired Site, Donation Form or Ticketing Form.

Step 3: Select the Enable Site or Enable Form button in the upper right.

You can enable or disable all three components: Site, Donation Form or Ticketing Form, through the Site settings at any time.

Note: Disabling your campaign's fundraising website, donation form, or ticketing form will not end your monthly billing, if applicable. To end your billing on a paid plan, please email [email protected] to suspend your account.
