You can easily join or create organization pages through your site dashboard.

Create an Organization Page

To create an organization page, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to your CauseVox fundraising site and select the Sign Up button or the Sign Up link in the top navigation.

Step 2: Sign up for an Organization Fundraising Page account with your email and set a password.

If you've already signed up for an account on a previous campaign, you can login with the same email and password.

โ€‹Step 3: In your fundraiser dashboard you can select + Create at the top to create a New Organization Page.

  • Once signed in, you will be directed to verify your email. While you can still manage your fundraising pages, access to your donor history will be restricted until your email is verified.

  • If you can't locate the verification email, select Resend Activation at the top of your dashboard.

Step 4: Complete the organization profile by uploading a logo and filling in your name.

  • Profile Image: Upload your own photo. Square images work the best at least 400px x 400px.

  • Organization Name: The displayed name on your page, which can be different from your account name.

  • Organization Description: Write a short description for your organization (2-3 sentences) to be used in any search listings and leaderboards. You can use the main appeal to write longer text about your organization.

Step 5: Update your page information and organization appeal.

  • URL Stub: Create a unique url stub link that supporters will visit.

  • Email: Best contact email for your organization.

  • Phone: Phone contact for your organization.

  • Website: Website for your organization.

  • EIN: Federal EIN for your organization.

Step 6: Add the organization's appeal and other relevant links.

  • Appeal: Write an appeal for your organization. This section can be used to describe your organization in detail beyond the description, elaborate on programs, or other information that you want to convey.

  • Links: Add additional links to your page such as social media or other relevant sites.

Step 7: Add your organization address and a media gallery and select Create.

  • Address: Enter your organization address information.

  • Media Gallery: Add images and links to videos hosted on Youtube or Vimeo to make your page more personal. Drag and drop to re-arrange the order.

After you create the page, scroll up to the top for the link to your live page. You can edit page details at any time.

Step 8: Scroll down to edit your share details. You can leave the auto-generated content or customize how your page looks when shared to social media platforms by uploading a different image and description.

Join an Organization Page
