In your campaign settings, you have a section called Sites & Forms. Your fundraising site or donation page is comprised of the sites and forms listed here.
We break down the different site components into three categories:
Sites: The site is the landing page of your fundraising site or donation page.
Donation Form: The donation form is the specific form through which donations are processed. The donation form is integrated in the site landing page as a popup or on-page embed.
Ticketing Form: The ticketing form is the specific form through which ticket orders are processed. The ticketing form is integrated in the site landing page as a popup or on-page embed.
To access the settings for each site or form, follow the steps below:
Sites: To edit the Site landing page and design, select the box with your Site. You can click anywhere in the box except the hyperlinked URL. The URL will take you to the live site.
Donation Form: To edit the site donation form settings, receipts and tiers, select the Donation Form box.
Ticketing Form: To edit the site ticketing form settings, receipts and tiers, select the Ticketing form box.
