You can automatically disable the Donation Form based on the site's End Date through the Donation Form settings.

Linking the Donation Form to the site End Date will automatically turn off the form by the End Date specified. No donations will be able to be processed once the form is disabled. To continue taking donations, simply turn off the setting and re-enable the form.

To link the Donation Form to the site End Date, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Under Campaigns, select the campaign settings you wish to edit.

Step 2: Under Sites & Forms, select the Donation Form.

Step 3: Select Linked Site from the left navigation and turn on Link to Site End Date and Save.
