What Happens If My Fundraising Goal Is Not Met?

Absolutely nothing happens if your fundraising goal is not met! You can still keep the funds you have raised and your campaign site will remain online until you choose to take it offline.

I'm Not In The US, Can I Still Use CauseVox?

Yes, if you're outside of the US, you can still use CauseVox! The only limitation is your donation processing options.

  • With PayPal, we support USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, EUR, CHF, SGD, MXN, and HKD. More currencies available upon request.

  • With Stripe, we support USD, CAD, AUD, EUR, GBP, and any currency supported by Stripe.

I Lost My Password, What Do I Do?

On the login screen, select the link below the login/password field to reset your password. Passwords must be at least 6 characters long. 10 failed login attempts will result in a temporary lock-out of your account. Email us at [email protected] for any additional questions.

Where Can I Find Examples Or Active Campaigns?

We do not feature active campaigns on our main website. If you are looking for examples, feel free to message us at our support center for example or active campaigns.

How Do I Enable and Disable My Fundraising Site?

You can easily launch your fundraising site online or take it offline at anytime. Just go to your site settings and enable the fundraising site, donation form, and/or ticket form. View the full support article here for more details!

How Do I Get My Money From My CauseVox Campaign?

Donations received are processed via PayPal or Stripe. PayPal donations are directly deposited into your PayPal account as the donation occurs. Stripe donations are typically deposited directly into your bank account on a 2 day rolling basis.

What Kind Of Reporting Do You Have?

CauseVox can help you keep track of your donation, fundraiser and ticketing information, making it easy to organize and record for your convenience. In your CauseVox Admin account, you can export a CSV file of all donations, peer-to-peer pages, and tickets at any time.

How Can I List My Matching Grant Funds On My Campaign Site?

If you have a matching grant, you can reflect those funds on your campaign site by doing the following:

1. Inform your donors of your matching grant by writing about it in a content module or other dedicated page on your fundraising site.

Learn how to design your site by adding modules to your site pages.

2. You can make sure your donations from your matching partner are reflected in your fund counter and progress bar by listing the donations as offline donations, which are not subject to any fees.

What Languages Does CauseVox Support?

While the CauseVox template is only available in English at this time, you're able to customize any editable content, button and heading areas on the site to any language (and currency) you need.

This includes any media, logos, donation, ticketing and peer-to-peer sign up buttons, blog posts, and text boxes. For a closer look at what you can edit, view our support article on How To Edit Site Modules.
