You can automatically remove the Donate Button based on the site's End Date through the Site settings.

Linking the Donate Button to the site End Date will automatically remove the button from the site by the End Date specified.

If a donor has access to the donation form, or if the donation form is embedded elsewhere, donations can still be processed until the form itself is disabled.

To prevent donations from being processed, ensure the form is disabled, or you can also disable the donation form by linking it to the site End Date. No donations will be able to be processed once the form is disabled. To continue taking donations, simply turn off the setting and re-enable the form.

To remove the donate button by the site End Date, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Under Campaigns, select the campaign settings you wish to edit.

Step 2: Under Sites & Forms, select the Site.

Step 3: Select End Date from the left navigation and turn on Disable Donation Buttons on End Date and Save.
